What You Will Do: In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data integration (ETL) systems that empower our business applications and enhance business intelligence across the organization. You will adhere to the company's policies, investor guidelines, and all applicable US laws and regulations. The expected compensation for this position falls between $140,000 and $160,000. Drive the design, development, and optimization of data integration processes, ETL workflows, and data platforms, ensuring their performance, scalability, and reliability, while playing a key role in cloud migration initiatives.

Partner with stakeholders and third-party vendors to define and evaluate business requirements, producing scalable solutions for data integration, reporting, and business intelligence.

Lead the creation of automated workflows that enhance business processes, boost productivity, and improve operational efficiency.

Manage and maintain ETL jobs, taking charge of troubleshooting critical production issues and providing subject matter expertise as needed during off-hours support rotations.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data platforms and technical specifications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Develop and maintain thorough documentation of data processes, reports, applications, and procedures for consistency and knowledge sharing, aligning with organizational standards.

Create and deploy scalable reporting and dashboard solutions that enhance business intelligence and data visualization, ensuring proper security measures are in place.

What You Will Need: Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server for designing and optimizing enterprise data solutions focused on scalability and performance.

Strong grasp of ETL concepts and practical experience with Microsoft SSIS for implementing data integration processes.

Familiarity with version control principles and experience using Microsoft DevOps for code repository management and collaborative development.

Expertise in leading and overseeing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Proficient in T-SQL programming, scripting, and optimization techniques, with an ability to develop and refine complex queries and procedures for enterprise applications.

Ability to comprehend and apply oral and written instructions effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and enhance complex data solutions collaboratively.

A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required; a bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred.

Four (4) or more years of experience in IT, emphasizing relational databases, data integration (ETL), data warehousing, business intelligence, report development, and dashboard design.

Four (4) or more years of experience working with ETL tools, specifically SSIS.

Four (4) or more years in database management systems, particularly MS SQL.

Preferred experience in application integration using APIs.

Experience with Microsoft BI applications (SSRS, SSAS, Power BI) is desired.

Knowledge of cloud-based database management and integration solutions (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks) to enhance integration and transformation processes is a plus.

Programming proficiency in languages commonly employed in data engineering, such as Python or Java.
