Join our dynamic team as a Software Developer and Analyst, where your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our Oracle/PeopleSoft systems, including Student Administration, HR, Payroll, and Financial software. Starting Salary Range:
$65,124 - $74,890, with initial offers based on education and experience. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain the Oracle/PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction. Process Apply Texas applications and EDI transcripts efficiently. Generate and troubleshoot state and federal reports, resolving any issues promptly. Develop new processes to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business procedures. Create and manage queries for various departmental reporting needs. Integrate third-party applications with Oracle/PeopleSoft systems effectively. Maintain integration points and oversee the Integration Broker between applications. Additional Duties: Administer the document management system, OnBase. Enhance programming skills through conferences and training. Provide technical training and support to users in non-technical terms. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related discipline. One year of relevant work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Access and Office Suite. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users. Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
