Data Analyst Specialist
at Ranger College is excited to invite dynamic and skilled professionals to apply for the role of Data Analytics Specialist. This position is instrumental in supporting our grant-funded services and activities within the Ranger REACH & Grants Department. You will play a key role in data collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination, ensuring that we meet the diverse needs of our grants. This is a part-time position funded through grants, ending on August 31, 2026. Future renewal is contingent upon ongoing grant awards. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data collection plans tailored to specific grant requirements, consistently monitoring data collection for compliance. Formulate comprehensive data analysis plans and conduct regular analyses to maintain grant compliance. Generate concise and informative reports based on departmental and grant needs, ensuring readability for the target audience. Assist with pantry operations at all three campus locations: Stephenville, Ranger, and Brownwood. Plan, schedule, and lead various grant-related activities at the three campus locations. Additional Duties
Attend relevant meetings. Provide assistance to the AVP and team members of the Ranger REACH & Grants department as required. Stay informed about Perkins program requirements. Understand and follow Ranger College's procedures and processes. Other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of one year experience in data collection and analysis. Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications
Several years of experience in data collection and analysis. Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience in grant management. Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent oral and written communication skills. Compensation is hourly and competitive, requiring 15-19 hours of work per week.
