Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Production Support to join their team. As a Production Support, you will be part of the IT department supporting critical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a self-motivated personality which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Ensure applications are always available and respond promptly to reports of downtime.
Understand the architecture of various applications and maintain recovery procedures.
Monitor application performance and keep documentation up to date.
Follow incident management procedures to triage production incidents.
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate an always ON model of application availability.
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of experience developing/supporting .NET/Java/Angular applications.
Proficiency in writing queries in SQL Server 2012+/Oracle 11g+.
Experience with OpenShift/Docker or other container technologies.
Ability to investigate applications hosted on IIS/Windows and Apache/Tomcat/Linux servers.
Experience reading and interpreting log files and using monitoring tools like Splunk/Dynatrace.
