Job Description Summary:

We're seeking a talented individual who will act as a technical expert for multiple enterprise projects. This position focuses on complex ERP projects requiring extensive techno-functional expertise in the SAP Materials Management (MM) modules. Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will: Contribute to the evolution of project and data delivery platforms featuring reusable components for orchestration across various business methods. Engage in technical and business discussions to shape future architectural direction. Assist in mapping out a cohesive architectural roadmap to transition from current to future state. Gather and analyze data to define architectural requirements for projects. Oversee solution implementation, including configuration and testing for aligned initiatives. Participate in the Enterprise Architecture governance model. Ensure timely delivery of solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners for project delivery success. Support test execution and manage defect resolutions. Handle cutover tasks related to the Materials stream. Manage test data and support Hypercare phases along with updating technical documentation. Research emerging technologies and market trends to enhance project development. Coach and mentor junior team members. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related STEM fields with over 6 years of implementing SAP solutions in Materials Management (MM) modules, including IM, WM, LE, EDI in SAP ECC 6.0 or above. Experience with integration of MM with SAP FICO, PS, SD, QM, PM, PP, RRB in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher. Military experience can substitute for professional experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we do not sponsor employment visas now or in the future. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of implementing SAP Fiori applications. Ability to consult customers on aligning outcomes with desired technical solutions in Materials Management. Experience with both standard configurations and custom enhancements. Strong understanding of technical architecture and integrations in the SAP MM landscape. Proven ability to sustain operational stability in ERP applications through all lifecycle phases. Programming experience (ABAP, OOP) is a plus. Business Acumen: Adept at navigating organizational structures, foreseeing obstacles, identifying workarounds, and leveraging resources for team success. Ability to articulate the business value to achieve customer outcomes. Skilled in producing functional area information for cross-functional teams using effective presentation techniques. Comprehensive knowledge of business unit solution catalog. Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality certification. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to foresee and overcome challenges, leveraging team dynamics effectively. Experience leading blended teams, including third-party partners and clients. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating creativity and curiosity. Proficient in building consensus across IT teams and leadership. Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution capabilities. Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $110,700.00 - $147,600.00 - $184,600.00 annually, influenced by various factors including experience and education. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus.
