Northrop Grumman's Chief Information and Digital Office is seeking qualified Network Administrators to join its dynamic team of technical professionals across the U.S. This posting is an open invitation to speak with a Talent Advisor about potential roles, rather than a specific position. Network Engineer: Maintains LAN/WAN/VPN operations, including planning, designing, configuring, and installing Cisco network hardware to support customer requirements. Principal Network Engineer: Leads projects involving network hardware and software integration, such as routers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, and gateways, acting as a technical expert. Sr. Principal Network Engineer: Oversees installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and coordinates third-party maintenance. Also provides support for Windows servers and desktops to assist Windows administrators. Basic Qualifications Network Engineer: Associate's degree + 4 years experience, or Bachelor's + 2 years, or Master's + 0 years; 6 years experience may substitute for degree. Principal Network Engineer: Associate's + 7 years, Bachelor's + 5 years, or Master's + 3 years; High School diploma + 9 years experience also considered. Sr. Principal Network Engineer: Associate's + 11 years, Bachelor's + 9 years, or Master's + 7 years; High School diploma + 13 years experience also considered. Background and Experience for All Linux Administrator Positions Experience with LAN/WAN networks, routing protocols, and Cisco hardware. Minimum DoD Secret security clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SAR clearance. Valid Security+ CE, CASP, CISSP, or similar certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months. Salary Range: $81,300 - $130,000 Salary Range 2: $107,800 - $181,300. Compensation factors include experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
