We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our agile development team to enhance our data automation platforms in Work Place Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct and implement software within a full-stack environment, covering frontend, APIs, persistence, and integrations.
Build a modern frontend using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
Leverage Python and Java (Spring Boot) to develop and maintain reliable backend ETL components.
Manage the full lifecycle of web application development: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor.
Utilize tools like GitLab, SonarQube, and Splunk to facilitate operations and enhance collaboration.
Champion lean-Agile and DevOps principles (e.g., CI/CD) to foster an ownership culture.
Drive individual and team effectiveness through coaching, best practices, and innovation.
Ensure high-quality solutions and understand how the enterprise technology roadmap aligns with team deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
5-7+ years of application development experience aligned with the responsibilities of this position.
Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, TypeScript, or Angular for frontend development.
Experience with Python and Java (Spring Boot) for developing ETL jobs.
Familiarity with Oracle SQL Server or other relational databases.
Knowledge in microservice design, RESTful APIs, and Docker services.
Experience with modern container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes or Docker Swarm).
Ability to write unit tests using frameworks like Mockito, Junit, or Karma Jasmine.
Experience with Maven and/or Gradle.
Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
5-7+ years of experience in Continuous Integration/Delivery and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills paired with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Proven capability to develop complex architectural solutions from concept to delivery.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas and Apache Spark.
Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
Experience implementing AI models like Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's GPT.
The role is offered as a hybrid position, requiring on-site attendance three days a week at our office in the respective location (Charlotte, NC; Fort Wayne, IN; Greensboro, NC; or Radnor, PA). Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700, with anticipated pay for new hires typically falling between the minimum and midpoint of this range, based on factors such as work experience, education, and location. Further, employees may participate in the Annual Incentive Program based on company and individual performance.
