Full Stack Software Developer Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We're looking for a sharp, versatile Full Stack Software Developer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is eager to grow technically while making an impact across a modern financial institution. You'll join a lean, entrepreneurial team where your work directly supports core trading and portfolio operations, as well as the technology infrastructure that powers them. As part of a growing firm, you'll gain deep exposure to front-end and back-end development , systems architecture , and information security - all while learning from seasoned professionals in both finance and technology. What You'll Do Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable software solutions across the stack Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, operations, and infrastructure teams Contribute to project planning and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Solve challenging technical problems in a production environment What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming , with proficiency in Python Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Proven ability to thrive in team-driven environments Strong multitasking and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Interest or background in finance , especially structured finance or mortgage origination Experience with JavaScript and web development frameworks Familiarity with SQL and database design Knowledge of information security principles Exposure to AI/ML concepts Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools Ability to use modern debugging tools to diagnose and resolve production issues Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments Why Join Us?
