Join us in the exciting role of Senior IRM Developer at UMB Bank! Our Information Security & Privacy team is dedicated to providing cutting-edge risk, compliance, and business solutions using the Archer platform. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining applications, workflows, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and questionnaires within the Archer IRM framework. You will work throughout the entire project lifecycle to enhance existing solutions and configure new Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications. Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced features of the development environment including calculations, data-driven events, custom objects, and API integrations to design effective solutions. Create comprehensive case documentation and collaborate with technical resources to outline system design. Provide expert guidance on the development, management, and upgrade of Archer applications. Act as the primary contact for vendors and UMB infrastructure teams concerning technology upgrades and issues. Support policy development and enforce Archer Standards relating to data security, governance, and controls. Promote standardization and optimization of GRC applications and processes across business units. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and maintaining Archer GRC applications. In-depth knowledge of Archer development features including Application Builder and Advanced Workflow. Strong understanding of Archer back-office functions such as Access Control and Management Reporting. Consultative approach to support cross-organizational GRC goals. Bonus Points:

Experience with recent versions of Archer (version 6x preferred) and familiarity with the banking or financial services industry. This position is hybrid, requiring on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The compensation range for this role is $69,230.00 - $149,000.00, although actual compensation may vary based on experience and location.
