Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust software components and frameworks Collaborate with internal product and business development teams to understand and implement client development needs Research and integrate new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and maintainability Work comfortably in a dynamic, collaborative, and feedback-driven environment Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a backend developer or engineer within FinTech or Technology Expertise in leveraging C#/.NET ( Core) to solve complex problems Strong understanding of Web Technologies, SOLID principles, and design patterns Experience working with relational databases Familiarity with agile development methodologies Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Self-starter with a strategic mindset to work independently while contributing to the team The following are a plus: Understanding of financial products, especially structured products Experience with Python Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms Awareness of UI/UX best practices Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Action Technology by 2x.
