Job Description
Provide mail center operations support and support services to internal and external customers as it relates to the Office Services department. Assist with mail operations, inventory, equipment maintenance, delivery requests, furniture moves and print management services for all locations. Review, sort, and route all incoming postal, interdepartmental, and outgoing mail. Ensure scheduled internal mail pick up and deliveries are conducted throughout the day. Receive and unload deliveries, log into tracking system and stock or deliver material. Package and ship accountable packages using the outbound tracking and shipping system. Answer customer inquiries related to mailroom operations or support. Assist internal departments by fulfilling requisitions, work orders, and display setup requests. Stage, load and transport materials for deliveries to support operations. Process stock supply and print requests for internal departments. Coordinate emergency printing requests during equipment interruptions. Support remote employees by printing and mailing outbound correspondence. Email confirmations of mailing to requestors. Provide coaching and training on proper request submissions and address formatting. Perform normal operator maintenance on production equipment and maintain operating inventories. Act as a liaison for equipment and printing devices, troubleshooting and scheduling service as necessary.
Critical Information
Must have customer service, mailroom, and print experience. Filling out forms to identify volume for mail and print jobs. Running all submitted print jobs through online system and scanning all shipments.
Education/Licenses Needed
One (1) year of Mail Center Operations experience. One (1) year of general work experience. High School Diploma. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
