We are a specialized
Design-Build Construction Management
firm focused on complex industrial and manufacturing projects, including energy, chemical, oil & gas, and high-tech production facilities. Our projects shape the future of industrial infrastructure, and we’re seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead on-site operations and help drive success.
Position Summary
The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of field operations on large-scale industrial projects. This includes supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications. You’ll serve as a key leader on the ground, promoting excellence and accountability throughout every stage of the build.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day job site operations and subcontractor coordination
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and trades
Enforce safety, quality control, and site security standards
Ensure construction aligns with plans, specs, and contract documents
Assist in the development and implementation of on-site procedures
Support project scheduling and ensure timelines are met
Conduct daily field meetings and generate progress updates
Review design documents for constructability and discrepancies
Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are up to date
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a
Site Superintendent
in industrial or commercial construction
Proven track record with
ground-up construction , new builds, and major renovations
Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of project cost analysis
Proficient with construction management software and scheduling platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy and capable of managing digital documentation and field reports
