As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will lead cross-functional projects, engaging with stakeholders to deliver sophisticated business intelligence solutions. Your proficiency in requirements gathering, data modeling, data mining, and BI solution development will be crucial in supporting complex operational processes and influencing key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, develop prototypes, and create insightful reports that guide business strategies.
Identify and propose opportunities to enhance efficiency, revenue generation, and conversion rates across the organization.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and leaders within the Analytics Center of Excellence to foster data-driven decision-making.
Engage with executive stakeholders to prioritize and present project progress, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
Level II Additional Responsibilities:
Provide support to enterprise-wide users, troubleshooting technical issues related to various financial management systems.
Assist in the management of automated ETL processes and develop new data sets for analytics and BI solutions.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in corporate analysis with strong Excel skills required.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Cognos, and ETL tools is preferred.
Banking experience is a plus.
