The Digital Product and Engineering team at Marvin is on the lookout for a talented Salesforce Developer to elevate the capabilities of our Salesforce Platform. This role involves collaboration with a dedicated team focused on Sales, Service, and Marketing enablement through Salesforce. Key Responsibilities Develop Apex classes, triggers, intricate Flows, and Lightning Web Components to meet business needs. Create custom front-end experiences using Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Aura Components. Work alongside the Salesforce Product Team to confirm business requirements and address technical considerations including security and scalability. Implement development best practices, maintain appropriate documentation, and ensure comprehensive test classes for all custom development. Utilize Salesforce APIs and tools for integration with internal and external systems. Assess and recommend innovative tools or capabilities to maximize the value of Marvin's Salesforce investment. Enhance and manage the Salesforce DevOps and release cycles for smooth deployment of enhancements. Maintain integrations of business applications with Salesforce, such as DocuSign and Outlook. Collaborate with other IT teams to guarantee secure platform operations in alignment with Marvin Enterprise standards. Provide mentorship to other team members on Salesforce development and best practices. Compensation
$100,000 - $130,000 annually Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud with at least 3 years of Salesforce development experience. Certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I. Experience with Lightning Web Components or other JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with business stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development lifecycle. Preferred Skills: Additional Salesforce certifications (Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I). Knowledge in other programming languages (XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C++, SOAP-based web services). Experience with Salesforce/telephony integrations, including Service Cloud Voice.
