Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect in NYC. This is more of business, process, strategy SA than a development SA. This is not a delivery SA, there are no active sprints and development.
1. Primary role is helping to build out the Architecture Portal, creating the strategy for what's the future of the portal going to be. We're not actually BUILDING the portal, but we're deploying content onto it via GitHub. The Architecture Portal is connected to the GitHub backend. You'll be creating portal requests and linkage to documents. Engineering specs, designs, all of this gets linked to the portal. Building out the portal is flushing out requirement with the business units and the 8 domains we need to build out. We are measuring progress of this and hope to be at 80% by the end of the year.
2. Secondary is helping out in the solutioning conversations. How should we build out this portal? What is the long term strategy? What do we want it to look like?
3. Third is mentorship to entry level team members. The new team members are working on technical projects revolving around database and code work.

-Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
Solution Design Expertise
-Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
-Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms.
Technical Knowledge
-Solid foundation in enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
Project & Change Management
-Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
-Ability to manage change and drive adoption of new solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
-5+ years in solution architecture or related roles.
-Proven track record of delivering business-aligned technology solutions.
-Experience working across multiple industries or business domains is a plus. null
