Senior SAP Partner Solutions Architect

Join our innovative team as a Senior SAP Partner Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS). We are looking for a skilled professional to design and implement SAP solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives and technological needs. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with partners, clients, and internal teams to develop and execute complex SAP projects. As part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP), you will play a key role in driving the go-to-market strategy for our technology domains. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect SAP solutions that meet client requirements while leveraging cutting-edge SAP technologies and industry best practices. Work collaboratively with SAP partners to understand their product offerings and seamlessly integrate them into our solutions. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales discussions to implementation and ongoing support. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Create detailed solution designs, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams. Conduct technical evaluations and provide expert recommendations on SAP and AWS product selections and implementation strategies. Stay current with the latest SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Mentor junior team members, contributing to the overall growth of the SAP practice. Participate in pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and client presentations. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support when necessary. A Day in the Life: Your day will focus on driving technological innovation and strategic direction across multiple partners, AWS engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will review emerging SAP technologies, lead technical steering committee meetings, author technical papers, facilitate partner innovation workshops, and mentor technical teams. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering). 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures. 8+ years in IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience. Strong knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP HANA). Experience in engaging with end users or developer communities. Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform.
