The Global Business Services (GBS) Network Operations team is crucial to supporting Wolters Kluwer's Enterprise Network across multiple public and private clouds, data centers, and various office locations globally. This pivotal role entails maintaining, supporting, and innovating our Enterprise Network, which serves over 150 locations worldwide and plays a vital role in our success. You will be tasked with providing both reactive support to address customers' networking challenges and proactive project work to advance our Enterprise Network Transformation initiatives. Develop and implement innovative network strategies that align with organizational objectives, focusing on Cloud Networks (AWS or Azure), switches, routers, VPNs, and firewalls from diverse vendors including Cisco. Lead end-to-end network projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion. Mentor and guide junior network engineers and IT staff, fostering professional development. Oversee technical teams, facilitating troubleshooting and problem resolution while coordinating with relevant team members or vendors as necessary. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, contributing to audit and compliance activities as needed. Swiftly implement effective solutions to restore network functionality. Monitor daily network performance to guarantee optimal operation and sufficient capacity of key network locations and equipment. Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, cabling layouts, diagrams, and operational protocols. Collaborate with various teams and external vendors to ensure the network fulfills organizational needs. Demonstrate adaptability, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and ensure clear communication across multiple levels and regions. Adhere to strict deadlines, managing projects that involve both the installation and decommissioning of hardware. Contribute to the planning and implementation of network changes, including new equipment installations and software updates. Show flexibility in approach, remain calm under pressure, and communicate effectively across different levels and regions. QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Experience: 10+ years of extensive experience building, supporting, and maintaining wireless networks focused on Cisco within cloud environments. 10+ years of hands-on experience with Network Policy & Network Access Control tools such as Cisco ISE or Cisco Prime. Proficiency in troubleshooting AP connectivity issues, supporting wireless devices, and monitoring WLAN technologies. Familiarity with wireless diagnostic tools such as Spectrum Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, Ekahau Site Survey Tools, and WireShark. Possession of certifications such as CCIE Wireless, CCNP Wireless, or 300-415 ENSDWI is preferred. Knowledge of IP networking, L2/L3 protocols (BGP, OSPF), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and routing. Understanding of Zero Trust IT security models and Web Content Filtering solutions like Zscaler or Palo Alto Networks. Experience in scripting, coding, and automation (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform). Cloud certifications such as AWS CLF-C02 and/or Azure AZ-700 or equivalent are highly regarded. Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Secure Cloud Networks (Azure, AWS, or Google). Background in large enterprise environments. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), SDWAN, and DNA solutions. Operational expertise with InfoBlox DDI. Experience with Cloudflare Proxy/Cloudflare DNS solutions. Advanced networking certifications such as 300-415 ENSDWI, CCNP, JNCIP, CCIE, etc. Cloud certifications like ANS-C01 or equivalent. Zscaler certifications (e.g., Zscaler for Users SSE, ZIA, ZPA, ZTCA). Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes, Grafana & Prometheus. Knowledge of CloudWatch and/or Azure Monitor. Education & Certifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Travel Requirements

Target salary range: $153,200 - $216,850.
