We are looking for a passionate
Software Engineer
to join our Create AIs team. This role is ideal for someone eager to innovate with
Large Language Models (LLMs)
and contribute to exciting, cutting-edge products. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on research initiatives that advance responsible LLM technologies. Conduct experiments, which include designing details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results. Develop methodologies and benchmarks to assess various approaches. Engage with a large, globally distributed team. Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in an industry or research position related to machine learning. Proficiency in Python for developing machine learning algorithms or infrastructure. Experience executing complex experiments involving large AI models and datasets. A PhD in AI, computer science, data science, or a related technical field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM research. First author publications in recognized AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, and ACL). Compensation:
