Role Overview:

As a Technical Support Engineer for Developers, you will be the first point of contact for the Meta developer community regarding bug reports and platform development inquiries. Your role encompasses managing technical and product issues while collaborating closely with the Sales and Partnership teams to enhance developer support. Key Responsibilities: Address and resolve bug reports and technical questions from developers. Coordinate with product and operations teams to enhance tools and processes. Design and develop support tools that improve the developer experience. Assist engineers and develop solutions for future needs. Work across multiple platforms, including Meta, Messenger, and Instagram. Minimum Qualifications: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. At least 6 months of experience in C, C++, C#, Java, Python, PHP, or Ruby. Experience in identifying and resolving software bugs and issues. Familiarity with Linux or UNIX systems. Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kibana, and AWS Cloud Computing. Compensation:

The public compensation for this role ranges from $214,461 to $234,630 per year, inclusive of bonuses, equity, and benefits. Equal Opportunity:
