Join Amazon's Project Kuiper, our innovative low Earth orbit satellite broadband network dedicated to delivering fast, reliable internet service across the globe. We are looking for a skilled M365 engineer to enable efficient collaboration and productivity through our Microsoft 365 services.
This role focuses on the design, implementation, and operation of M365 in a GCC High Environment. You will work primarily on maintaining secure and dependable M365 collaboration services, actively troubleshooting issues, and providing essential engineering support to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement productivity applications in Kuiper environments utilizing Infrastructure as Code.
Identify, analyze, recommend, and implement Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Voice.
Administer M365 services, ensuring compliance with security principles such as least privilege access and audit logging.
Facilitate secure collaboration with third-party vendors to advance Kuiper projects.
Collaborate with Amazon security teams to adhere to established security policies.
Engage with key stakeholders to ensure that compliance, security, and operational requirements are met.
Automate processes to reduce manual workloads and boost efficiency and scalability.
Develop monitoring and reporting systems to assess the health and performance of productivity services.
Create and maintain documentation for the Microsoft 365 environment aimed at both technical and end-user audiences.
A Day in the Life:
As a part of the KM365 team, you will join daily standups to share updates on projects and services. On meeting days, you will participate in Operations reviews and project discussions. Dedicated engineering days will be set aside for focused development and support work.
