In this pivotal role, you will ensure the development of innovative solutions that lead to significant business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles. An advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience is essential. Ideal Skills: Deep expertise in advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, experimental design, and large-scale data processing. A proven record of leading research initiatives that yield substantial business value. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Extensive knowledge of data governance, MLOps, and quality assurance best practices. Understanding of data architecture principles, with experience in the healthcare domain as a plus.
