As a
Senior Data Scientist , you will play a critical role in driving our mission forward. This position will empower leadership with real-time insights, enabling rapid identification of risks and opportunities. Your work will not only deliver agile and precise financial projections but will also significantly lighten the workload of our finance teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and enhancement of advanced analytical solutions using machine learning and statistical techniques. Design, develop, and evaluate innovative forecasting models focused on large-scale operational challenges. Guide projects through the entire data science lifecycle from problem formulation to production deployment, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Implement advanced ML models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methodologies and optimization algorithms relevant to supply chain and operational systems. Gain a deep understanding of key business metrics and KPIs, connecting them to actionable strategies that drive decision-making. Work closely with finance, product, and business intelligence teams to build and deploy robust models and algorithms. Architect scalable data pipelines and utilize distributed computing frameworks to process petabyte-scale datasets. About You: The ideal candidate will possess: 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). 4+ years of hands-on experience as a data scientist. Proficiency with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression). Preferred Skills: 2+ years of experience in data visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny). Experience managing data pipelines. Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a data science team. The base pay for this position ranges from $143,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $247,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on various factors, including work-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
