Your expertise in data analysis and model development will be crucial in extracting insights from large datasets. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Extract actionable insights from complex datasets and identify patterns to inform strategic decisions. Machine Learning Model Development:
Design and train machine learning models using a variety of techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning. Agentic Workflows Implementation:
Develop workflows that utilize AI agents for autonomous tasks, enhancing operational efficiency. RAG Pattern Utilization:
Employ retrieval-augmented generation techniques to improve language model outputs by integrating external knowledge. Model Fine-Tuning:
Adapt pre-trained models for specific tasks or datasets to ensure optimal performance in various applications. Data Cleaning and Preprocessing:
Ensure high-quality inputs for modeling by preparing data through cleaning and handling missing values and outliers. AI Model Deployment and Monitoring:
Deploy AI models in production, monitor their performance, and make adjustments to maintain accuracy. Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into systems and processes. Research and Development:
Stay informed about the latest AI and machine learning advancements, applying insights to enhance models and methodologies. Documentation and Reporting:
Create comprehensive documentation of models and methodologies; clearly communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Mentorship:
Guide and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative team environment. Basic Qualifications: Education:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience:
6+ years as a data scientist, preferably in healthcare (experience in other industries will also be considered). Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and R, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Statistical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. Tools:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (SQL and NoSQL). Preferred Qualifications: PhD or equivalent additional experience. Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure AI Studio. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
