We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional analytical and communication skills. In this pivotal role, you will:
Apply advanced analytics techniques, AI/ML, and statistical concepts to extract insights from large datasets.
Design experiments, build models, and create tailored metrics to assess the strengths and weaknesses of our systems.
Develop dashboards that automate data collection and reporting, providing vital transparency into our system's performance for leadership and stakeholders.
Transform your findings into actionable insights by crafting detailed reports and making recommendations on where to focus efforts for maximum customer impact.
Support and mentor junior data scientists to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively. You will need to have:
5+ years of experience as a data scientist or a similar role involving data extraction, analysis, statistical modeling, and communication.
Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab).
A Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science; or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in a relevant role.
Experience with statistical models such as multinomial logistic regression.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Quicksight, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing data pipelines.
Leadership and mentorship experience within a data science team.
Collaboration experience with scientists, economists, software developers, or product managers.
Ability to work closely with data engineers and business intelligence engineers.

The compensation for this position ranges from $143,300/year to $247,600/year based on geographic market and relevant experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
