Provider Network Systems Administrator (Salesforce Expert)

Job Summary: The Provider Network Business Systems Administrator will focus on enhancing business efficiencies using advanced computer systems and applications. Your expertise will be crucial in programming, networking, and database management, including Salesforce and other relevant provider network administration tools like Conga Contract Lifecycle Management and Virsys 12. This role requires a solid understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows, combined with an extensive knowledge of computer information systems. As a Systems Administrator, you will apply your decision-making skills in a competitive business environment. Key Responsibilities: Offer technical support for any provider network administration application software or network issues arising within the Salesforce environment. Collaborate with the Molina IT Salesforce Team to address and resolve issues reported by the Provider Network User Community. Configure software settings, directories, and storage, adhering to standards and operational requirements. Work with vendor support contacts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with provider network administration software. Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all key processes while reviewing system and application logs. Manage daily operations, ensuring all essential file systems and system data are accessible to the Provider Network User Community. Perform regular OS patches and upgrades, ensuring tools and utilities are current. Configure and add new services as needed. Qualifications: Required Education:

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience:

4-6 years of relevant experience. Required Skills:

Business application development, project management, application analysis and design, data management, business intelligence/analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and database administration. Preferred Qualifications:
