Manager of Custom Software Engineering . The key responsibilities for this role include: Designing, developing, and testing custom software solutions across various system components or applications. Creating implementation and integration approaches for applications and components. Designing and coding applications while adhering to programming standards and interface specifications. Architecting development strategies for applications and components. Coordinating development streams to align with overall program timing and milestones. Building deployment plans, including development schedules, to ensure alignment with the overall project timeline. Designing, building, assembling, and configuring application or technical architecture components based on business requirements. Collaborating with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy-in. Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
