Financial ERP Consultant Department: Enterprise Systems Group Billable Hours Goal: 80% of worked hours Position Type: Full Time Travel Required: Yes, as needed JOB SUMMARY: Join our dynamic Enterprise Systems Group as a Financial ERP Consultant, where you will lead successful software implementations for clients from kickoff to Go-Live. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified scope, while also providing ongoing support to clients. REPORTS TO:

Manager, Enterprise Systems Group DIRECT REPORTS:

None ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in system configuration and implementation using Epicor’s recognized methodology. Engage with clients to identify their needs, contributing to solution design and overall business strategy. Analyze requirement data to identify gaps between current and desired module functionalities. Manage projects by addressing issues and coordinating activities with clients and internal teams effectively and timely. Assist in preparing quote specifications and generating proposals. Adhere to project timelines while meeting Service Level Agreement goals. Provide help desk support and assist in troubleshooting application-related queries. Deliver on-site training and consulting for clients when necessary. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain daily timesheet and expense report entries, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Perform other duties as required. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint. Intermediate experience with ERP solutions, such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, and Great Plains. SOFT SKILLS & ABILITIES: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor in all client and internal interactions. Adept at multitasking and managing various tasks efficiently. Resourceful with sound judgment and effective decision-making skills. Self-reliant and capable of executing daily responsibilities without direct supervision. Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks effectively. Takes ownership of issues until resolved, knows when to escalate, and mentors as appropriate. Demonstrates empathy for users while maintaining professionalism at all times. Ability to collaborate with clients across all organizational levels. Focuses on client satisfaction and delivers results with enthusiasm and energy. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s degree. CPA preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or financial consulting for ERP software. Strong knowledge of supply chain and distribution is desirable. Proven track record in implementing and deploying ERP software across various business verticals. WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Proficient in using computer and office equipment. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Complete all administrative tasks expected at this level. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to work evenings or weekends occasionally. Valid driver’s license in your state of residence and a reliable personal vehicle. DATE CREATED/REVISED: August 2020
