Lead Principal UX Designer

who is passionate about creating delightful and inspiring user experiences for a diverse range of creatives. In this role, you will: Define and oversee the design vision and strategy for our Creative Studio, leveraging generative AI to empower users. Engage in hands-on design execution, from initial wireframes to finalized, polished prototypes and production-ready assets. Quickly explore, build, and validate innovative ideas to identify the most effective interaction models for AI-driven creativity. Create elegant, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences that integrate seamlessly into the creative workflow. Collaborate closely with engineering, applied science, research, and product teams to align on project goals and ensure successful execution. Work independently, proactively overcoming challenges, and delivering high-quality results. Champion inclusive and scalable AI-driven design practices. Mentor fellow designers, fostering a builder mindset characterized by speed, creativity, and a bias for action. Advocate for the unique needs of advertising asset creators and creative professionals. Our flagship offering, Creative Studio, empowers brands and creators to produce exceptional work, faster, harnessing the power of generative AI. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of UX/product design experience with leadership in complex or technical domains. A portfolio showcasing exceptional design thinking, polished interface craftsmanship, and impactful prototypes. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end designs for launched products. Familiarity with creative production tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of the workflows and challenges in advertising asset creation. Experience designing AI/ML integrated tools or systems. Ability to independently navigate ambiguous environments and work proactively. Excellent collaboration, storytelling, and communication skills, effectively influencing diverse stakeholders. Experience applying user research to inform iterative design decisions. Deep familiarity with generative AI and its potential applications. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in prototyping with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or similar). Familiarity with agentic systems, conversational interfaces, or LLM-powered workflows. Understanding of responsible AI principles, including safety, fairness, and transparency. Proven leadership and mentorship abilities while remaining hands-on. A passion for empowering creative professionals with beautifully crafted, high-velocity tools.
