Join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services (ProServe) team as a skilled Data Architect. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that align with their technical and business goals. Your technical expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients throughout their cloud journey, ensuring successful project outcomes.
With a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing end-to-end, large-scale Data & Analytics solutions on AWS to meet client requirements.
Providing ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the project delivery process.
Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective data migration and modernization strategies.
Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends, ensuring compliance with standards and aligning data solutions with business strategies.
Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and developing reusable artifacts within the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
5+ years of experience in data or software engineering, with expertise in distributed data processing.
5+ years of experience designing scalable, highly available data solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one other programming language (e.g., Java, Scala).
Bilingual in French and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
Experience in automation and scripting (Terraform, Python).
Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
Familiarity with distributed frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
The base salary for this role ranges from $99,900 to $166,900 annually, with compensation depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. We are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total compensation approach.
