The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and managing billing and revenue processes using SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) technologies. This role involves working closely with internal customers, product owners, and solution architects to deliver efficient and integrated Order-to-Cash solutions. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and review detailed business specifications. Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications. Solution Design: Propose solutions and alternative ways to manage requirements based on the standard capabilities of SAP BRIM and S/4HANA. Process Optimization: Analyze the impacts on existing processes end-to-end, including User Experience, Financial Contract Accounting, Billing, and Data Analytics. Testing and Validation: Execute end-to-end functional, regression, and performance tests across BRIM and S/4 components. Coordinate user acceptance tests with internal customers and other delivery teams. Documentation and Training: Produce user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user understanding and adoption. Provide end-user training and support. Change Management: Support the change management process to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades and changes. Support and Maintenance: Support the development team during software implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. End-to-End Billing Process Management: Document and review changes to the billing and invoicing processes from generation of billable items, invoice creation, delivery to customer, and system integration for internal/external systems. Ensure accurate and timely billing to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue recognition. Account Receivables, Payments & Collections: Document and review changes to relevant financial processes including account receivables, payments, and collections including system integration for internal/external systems. Ensure accurate and timely financial processes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficient financial operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset. Proven experience as an SAP Business System Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM modules (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing), Billing/Invoicing, and SAP FI-CA. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to create and maintain data flow diagrams and distributed system design. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with Workday Financial Management module is an asset. Knowledge of finance and accounting principles. Knowledge of customer billing and invoicing processes.
