Position Overview: We are hiring an
Electrical Assembler
to join our production team. This role involves assembling and wiring electrical components used in HVAC systems. You'll read and follow blueprints, work with hand and power tools, and ensure each build meets our exacting standards for safety and quality.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and components according to technical drawings and instructions
Measure, cut, and route wire and cable assemblies
Crimp, solder, and connect terminals and plugs with precision
Conduct continuity and performance tests using meters and other tools
Inspect and verify final assemblies meet specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve build issues
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
Skilled with tools like wire cutters, crimpers, and testers
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus
