Description:

Leading Commercial and Consumer Banking organization seeking a Senior Scrum Master. Position is 5 days a week onsite in Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities:

Solid understanding of the Scrum Framework and principles of Agility

Skilled in building high-performing teams that utilize inspect-and-adapt loops for continuous learning and improvement

Proficient in using empirical data collection to benefit both team and organization

Strong critical and creative problem-solving skills

Able to present, teach, mentor, and facilitate across multiple organizational levels, especially within team environments

Highly collaborative; prioritizes team success over individual achievement

Committed to continuous learning in Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitation, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and active listening

Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including:

Project Management

Requirements Management

Analysis & Design

Quality Assurance & Testing

Implementation & Deployment

Configuration & Change Management

Working knowledge of Agile-supporting practices:

Continuous Integration (CI)

Continuous Deployment (CD)

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Automated Test-Driven Development

Familiar with other Agile frameworks and methodologies:

Scrumban

Extreme Programming (XP)

Mob Programming

Understands prioritization and goal setting in Agile business environments

Experience Requirements:

5+ years of full-time business experience

3+ years of hands-on Scrum experience

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proven experience presenting, teaching, mentoring, and facilitating across multiple organizational levels, especially within team environments

Skilled in communicating and removing impediments outside of the team

Effective coaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts and teach new ideas

Strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities for interpersonal and organizational challenges

Active coach and mentor focused on growth and maximizing team potential

Brings high energy and passion to building strong, collaborative teams

Ability to foster trust and rapport, creating a sustainable and effective workplace

Promotes innovative thinking and continuous self-improvement

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field - or equivalent work experience

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
