Network Solutions Engineer

As a Network Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical expert collaborating with our account teams to identify, qualify, and develop solutions that support our clients' digital business transformations. This role focuses on networking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network management and security products. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in the Mid-Market Solutions Engineering and service delivery teams. Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for clients. Provide technical advice, solutions, and proposals aligned with customer needs to support sales. Build strong relationships with team members, leaders, and partners to achieve sales goals. Plan and execute engaging technical sales calls. Accurately complete pre-sales documentation in a timely manner. Qualify sales opportunities based on customer requirements and decision processes. Present and justify solutions and their value to clients and management. Mentor entry-level team members to foster growth and learning. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends. Willingness to travel up to 20% as required. Qualifications: Experience with Network Infrastructure and Cisco certifications (CCIE or CCNP required). Familiarity with Cisco Nexus series, ACI, and other data center technologies. Understanding of IP routing, Layer 2 protocols, MPLS, DMVPN, multicast, firewalls, VPN, and network security. Certifications in Palo Alto Networks (e.g., PCNSE) are preferred. Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex data center environments. Ability to serve as a trusted advisor for clients. Effective collaboration across teams and partners.
