As a critical player in our team, you'll:
Quickly learn and apply cutting-edge technologies and algorithms in Generative AI to build state-of-the-art LLMs.
Develop and maintain essential platforms for creating, evaluating, and deploying LLMs for real-world applications.
Collaborate with talented team members to explore design strategies, prototype advanced technology, and assess technical feasibility.
Work closely with applied scientists to process large datasets, scale machine learning models, and optimize performance.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of professional software development experience 5+ years of expertise in at least one programming language 5+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team Preferred Qualifications:
