Join our dynamic UX Research team, where we are dedicated to understanding the diverse spectrum of human needs. Our researchers tackle complex challenges to uncover insights into how people interact with each other and the world. By collaborating on innovative ideas, you will help shape products that enhance the experiences of billions globally. This role encompasses various full-time opportunities across Meta. We employ an array of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, and one-on-one interviews. We champion diverse perspectives and welcome candidates from various backgrounds. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product and business teams to identify key research topics. Serve as a thought leader in the research domain, advocating for users of our products. Design and execute comprehensive primary research studies using a range of methodologies. Create studies addressing both user behavior and attitudes towards technology. Work independently and autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Manage and prioritize research plans effectively, aligning insights with a wide array of stakeholders. Communicate findings in engaging and unique formats. Engage cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing teams. Generate actionable insights that drive ideation and evaluate product designs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience in user experience or a related field, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficient in conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, or usability testing. Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience with primary research methodologies. Able to translate research findings into strategic narratives effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Degrees in fields related to human behavior, such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics. Experience with consumer products, consumer insights, or the product development lifecycle. Compensation:
