We are looking for passionate engineers to tackle complex challenges, develop new features, and enhance existing products across multiple platforms, including mobile and web applications. As a member of our team, you will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, operations, and infrastructure to create outstanding application experiences. Implement custom user interfaces utilizing the latest programming techniques and technologies. Develop reusable software components that interface with back-end platforms. Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance. Lead technical projects, providing guidance to team members. Architect scalable systems that support complex applications. Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Take ownership of components, features, or systems, ensuring a deep understanding of end-to-end functionality. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 6+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 3+ years with a PhD. Experience in setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus, and fostering successful cross-functional partnerships. Proven ability to build maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in building large-scale applications or similar projects. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Javascript, or Hack. Ownership experience of particular components, features, or systems. Demonstrated success in completing projects at a large scope. Experience in delivering high-quality work and ensuring reliability. Track record of improving quality via thoughtful code reviews, comprehensive testing, and proactive changes. Familiarity with architectural patterns of large-scale software applications. The compensation for this role ranges from $70.67/hour to $208,000/year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
