Partner with senior leadership to create long-term technical visions and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Establish and promote best practices in software development, focusing on architectural patterns, testing frameworks, and operational excellence. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience. 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language. 5+ years of experience in leading design or architecture of both new and existing systems. Proven mentorship experience or experience leading an engineering team. Knowledge of the full software development life cycle. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
