Join a dynamic team dedicated to developing cutting-edge industrial real-time operating systems. You will be instrumental in real-time data acquisition and data post-processing for analysis and reporting. Your contributions will enhance innovative monitoring systems specifically designed for transformer monitoring in electrical substations. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced firmware solutions tailored for critical substation monitoring and diagnostic needs. Lead and coordinate firmware development activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project schedules. Support the development team through essential pre-qualification and verification testing. Ensure all products meet regulatory compliance requirements. Assist with the transition of products to mass manufacturing. Collaborate with sales and support teams post-release to meet customer expectations effectively. Follow and contribute to refining software development and validation processes. Utilize Scrum Agile Methodology for efficient software development. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven expertise in embedded systems architecture design and support, particularly in Linux-based real-time environments. Experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) programming. Proficiency in Embedded C/C++ and experience in hard real-time, multi-threaded environments. Hands-on experience with various peripheral interfaces, such as UART, I2C, SPI, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective root cause analysis and issue resolution. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of unit test frameworks for Linux. Programming experience with device drivers. Experience in fault location, fault recording, and/or power quality monitoring.
