We are seeking a skilled Senior Appian Solutions Architect to provide integrated architectural support for our delivery teams and serve as trusted advisors to our clients. You will play an essential role in scaling our business by offering expert guidance on solution delivery and designing and integrating innovative Appian solutions into client architectures. Responsibilities include mentoring teams on best practices and implementing internal processes for improved efficiency. Collaboration:
You will work alongside an experienced team of Appian alumni and a diverse group of creative professionals committed to delivering mission-critical Appian solutions. Main Responsibilities: Guide client architecture design, integrations, and scalability to ensure technical success. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs. Lead implementation teams through complex Appian and related technological solutions. Guarantee solutions are built for high performance and scalability. Integrate multi-tier architecture through system configurations. Evaluate new and existing technologies for effectiveness in client implementations. Create best practice documentation and knowledge base articles. Offer thought leadership on process improvement initiatives. Support internal solutions and infrastructure. Mentor and enable team resources for success. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Appian solutions. 5+ years of IT experience in a related field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area. Active Appian Lead Certification is required. Strong background in Agile delivery and technical implementation. Expertise in database design and development. Familiarity with system security testing and issue resolution. Experience with Appian Cloud configurations and processes. Capability to implement Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid deployments. Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to simplify complex concepts. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment. Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual citizenship) with an active security clearance or must be eligible for clearance. Technologies Required: RDBMS experience (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Understanding of authentication methods (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP). Experience with web services and middleware technologies (e.g., RESTful/SOAP). Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Proficient in source control systems (e.g., Git). Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. Preferred Additional Experience: Programming/scripting experience (Java, Python, etc.). Knowledge in data management and visualization. Experience with content management systems. Exposure to DevSecOps practices. Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts. Familiarity with application and web servers. Experience with different operating systems (Linux, Windows Server).
