Key Responsibilities:
Data Structure Management:
Collaborate with fellow Business Intelligence Engineers to assess current data repositories, identify gaps, and develop improvements for enhanced reporting and capabilities. Data Insight Delivery:
Take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses that guide key business decisions. Data Self-Service Enablement:
Create and support reporting platforms that afford business teams access to large datasets for ad-hoc inquiries. Influencing Leadership:
Present analyses and insights to senior leadership in a compelling manner to aid in decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement:
Work with various stakeholder groups to comprehend their needs and propose tailored business intelligence solutions. Ad Hoc Analysis:
Utilize SQL to retrieve data from various databases to support broader organizational analysis. About Our Team:

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data analysis and interpretation using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight. Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and scripting proficiency in Python. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AWS solutions like EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. Experience in data mining and ETL processes with large-scale datasets in a business setting.
