As a Lead Android Engineer, you will: Drive the architecture and development processes to enhance app performance and reliability. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including technical, clinical, and operational staff. Focus on creating elegant, maintainable, and scalable code while addressing security considerations. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of your team. Navigate and solve ambiguous technical challenges using innovative technology solutions. Expertise in at least one programming language. Proven experience in leading the design or architecture of complex systems. Extensive knowledge of the full software development life cycle including best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Our compensation package reflects labor costs across various US geographic markets, ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 annually, adjusted for location and experience level.
