Senior Technical Consultant - Guidewire in Financial Services Consulting

About the Role As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Guidewire, you will play a crucial role in the financial services sector, helping insurers implement transformative technology solutions. This position involves working directly with clients from various institutions to enhance their operations and meet their evolving needs. Your Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to turn business challenges into effective technology solutions, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze business requirements to align with technology architecture and aid in vendor selection and implementation strategies. Participate in Guidewire system implementations covering Policy, Billing, and Claims management. Assist in the design and integration phases of projects to ensure accurate architecture and data modeling. Collaborate with talented professionals across diverse backgrounds to foster an inclusive and innovative work environment. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or consulting. A Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience is also acceptable. Proven experience with Guidewire or similar applications such as OneShield, Exigen, or Duck Creek. Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft business and technical requirements effectively. Experience leading system implementation projects, including requirements definition, architecture design, and testing phases. Excellent communication abilities for both technical writing and client interactions.
