As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to end-users, focusing on both PC and POS Register users, as well as server and mainframe applications. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support for store and corporate equipment setups, including POS systems and network configurations.
Assisting retail associates with technical and application support for systems like Aptos Retail Point of Sale, Windows OS, and Microsoft Products.
Troubleshooting hardware issues related to POS registers, computers, and printers.
Diagnosing network interruptions and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
Utilizing a helpdesk ticketing system to log issues and manage projects effectively.
Installing and configuring new workstations in compliance with company standards.
Supporting basic telephone systems and retail hardware technologies.
The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or relevant experience is preferred, alongside 1-3 years in Help Desk or System Administration roles, preferably in a retail environment.
