CDL A Regional Company Pneumatic Driver - Earn Up To $1,800/week

Join Schwend Inc as a Company Pneumatic Driver! We are seeking skilled CDL A drivers to join our team. As a regional food grade pneumatic driver, you can expect to be home most weekends and earn between $1,300 and $1,800 gross weekly! Benefits: 6 paid sick days annually (1/2 a month) Simple IRA retirement plan with matching contributions up to 3% after your one-year probationary period Nightly Per Diem of $20.00 for pneumatic drivers Weekend Per Diem of $75.00 if out Friday through Sunday night, in addition to the nightly per diem Sign-on bonus of $5,000, paid weekly in increments of $100 Uniforms provided after 60 days at no cost Eligibility for quarterly fuel and safety bonuses Holiday pay for 6 standard holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance available after 60 days Orientation & Training: Orientation at our Jasper, TN or Dade City, FL terminal 1-2 days of paid orientation ($100 - $150 based on duration) No experience with pneumatic or hopper trailers? No problem! We provide training. Train in your own truck; no riding along with other drivers. Pneumatic training lasts 1-2 weeks, shadowing an experienced driver for pickups and deliveries until you are ready to run solo. You will be paid for loads during training, although your paycheck may be lower during this period compared to when you are operating independently. Pay: Earn from $1,300 to $1,800 gross weekly! Pneumatic driver pay structure: 20% for the first year 21% for the second year 22% for the third year $1.50 per ton for every ton of product blown off $20 per night for nightly per diem for each night spent in the truck Supplies: Drivers must provide a working CB radio, hands-free headset, steel toe boots/shoes, box cutter, basic tool kit, and garbage bags. Trucks are equipped with APUs and inverters, but we do not supply microwaves, fridges, or TVs. There are hookups available for these items. Requirements: Valid CDL A License At least 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 4 years No history of refusal to take or failing a drug test No DUI, DWI, careless or reckless driving offenses within the last 10 years Proficiency in English is required NO SAP drivers Felony convictions must be over 10 years old Preference is given to those with stable employment history; more than 12 jobs in the last 10 years may limit advancement No license suspension for more than 30 days in the last 3 years
