Role Overview: As the Lead Workday Integration Specialist, you will: Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integration systems using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and ensure a smooth deployment lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Human Resources and IT teams to maintain system integrations. Partner with subject matter experts to develop scalable and effective solutions aligned with our information technology infrastructure. Conduct research, identify integration issues, and perform root cause analyses to enhance system performance. Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Workday Integrations Certification is required (with Orchestrate for Integrations, Extend, and Studio Certifications as a plus). Minimum of 7 years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in HCM, HRIS, or integrations. Demonstrated experience leading multiple Workday implementations (minimum of 2). Proficient at translating business requirements into system requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in remote and hybrid team environments. Preferred Qualifications: Workday HCM Certification. Experience with Middleware technologies such as Boomi, Apache Kafka, or MuleSoft.
