U.S. Air Filtration, Inc.
U.S. Air Filtration is looking for a warehouse employee who will play an integral role in handling a variety of warehouse responsibilities including performing a variety of duties: routine clerical, material handling, picking, counting, packaging, shipping, receiving, and distribution. This is a Monday - Friday position with a full 40 hours. The warehouse hours of operation are 7:30am-4:30pm. This is an entry level position.
Core Job Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for receiving incoming orders, purchase orders, RMA and stock purchase orders utilizing a forklift and other various equipment, helping to track and maintain inventory levels, and general maintenance of shipping area
Must be familiar with the shipping/receiving from delivery vehicles using forklifts or other equipment
Verify quantity and condition of material during the picking/ packing process according to the pick ticket or PO
Read sales orders or PO instructions to determine best practices for packaging and task prioritization
Help maintain required inventory and notify management of changes/movement
Keep shipping area, racks, and floors clean at all times. Keep all tools, equipment and warehouse in organized and working order. Perform maintenance as needed.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs., manipulate up to 80 lbs., and move up to 440 lbs with a use of pallet jack or other equipment.
Other duties as assigned
Daily Order Coordination/Shipping: pull, box/palletize, wrap, and ship daily orders from warehouse stock or as product comes in from outside vendors. Receive and process warehouse stock products.
This position requires computer skills including: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Applicants must be proficient on a computer to stay on task.

Basic math skills. (Add, Subtract, Multiplication, Etc…)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, demonstrate initiative and work unassisted
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; Strong attention to detail.
Ability to consistently demonstrate behaviors consistent with U.S. Air Filtration core values.
Good attendance, punctuality, and ability to perform work activities in a manner that is consistent with company policy.
The following are a plus, but not required:
Forklift Certification
pallet jack experience
Inventory management experience
General warehouse experience
Salesforce or other CRM experience

Working in the warehouse will require you to be on your feet most of the day. Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling are to be expected. May be required to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work is performed in a non-climate controlled warehouse facility with temperatures and conditions subject to normal environmental conditions.
