Collaborate with a diverse team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects to deliver tailored solutions that harness the power of generative AI. As part of your role, you will: Partner with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and assess generative AI solutions. Engage directly with customers to understand their business challenges and guide them through the implementation of generative AI solutions. Create best practice recommendations, tutorials, sample code, and deliver impactful presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide valuable customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or mathematics, or a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in designing and running cloud solutions in a production setting. 4+ years of experience in deploying machine learning solutions, along with hands-on Python experience for model development. 4+ years of client engagement experience in a technical capacity. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or PhD in computer science or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with deep learning, machine learning, or generative AI. Experience building generative AI applications using AWS services like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker. Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and executive stakeholders.
