Need something to do? Well, come meet the KIA Center/Camping World team on Thursday, August 14th or Wednesday, August 20th at 400 West South Street. Two sessions are available for both days: 11AM-2PM or 4PM-7PM. Park in the GEICO garage and enter through the doors at the corner of South Street and Hughey Avenue. We are conducting on-site interviews and making same day offers. Bring a friend.
Job Summary
Our Catering Supervisor will oversee the execution of catering events, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. This includes supervising staff, managing food and beverage service, and handling event setup and breakdown.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
Monitor marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
Must be able to push tables and carts to different areas of the arena.
React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
Outgoing personality is preferred.
