Join our dynamic team as a Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Specialist! We are seeking a passionate expert to manage and enhance our financial systems using Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. If you have a strong background in finance and technology, and possess deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials applications, this role is perfect for you. You'll play a critical role in optimizing financial systems, aiding strategic business decisions, and ensuring the integrity of financial data across our organization. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Oracle Fusion Financials modules to align with our financial reporting and operational requirements. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to strategize the deployment of new functionalities and improve existing processes. Act as the primary contact for Oracle Fusion Financials issues, providing both technical and functional support to end-users. Facilitate integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for smooth data flow and reporting. Manage software upgrades and patches, including testing and deployment, in line with Oracle's release schedule. Create and deliver training programs to enhance user skills and promote effective use of the Oracle Fusion Financials platform. Ensure system configurations and operations adhere to financial policies, regulations, and internal controls. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and suggest improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy. Leverage your expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, Revenue Recognition, and Project Costing. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial systems analysis and administration, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle Fusion Financials. Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, migrations, and upgrades. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including general ledger and expense management. Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is advantageous. Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations. Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a successful history of managing complex projects. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with IT and finance departments for optimal system performance. This position is eligible for a bonus as part of the total compensation package. Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is $126,700 - $235,300. Note:

Candidates must be U.S. citizens to qualify for this role due to adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
