Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts utilizing Karate DSL, JavaScript, and other tools.
Create and maintain comprehensive data validation frameworks leveraging SQL, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into effective test cases.
Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for APIs, databases, and UI components.
Configure and customize test environments to meet specific client needs.
Integrate automated testing processes within CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing.
Document test plans, cases, and results thoroughly for clear understanding and future reference.
Provide post-deployment support and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of QA processes and tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in QA automation, system integration, or software implementation roles.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Karate Framework, Cucumber, or Robot Framework.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar applications.
Strong understanding of data mapping, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Azure Data Factory, and API testing.
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and test automation in DevOps environments.
Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub or TFS.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of performance testing and security testing tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools for analyzing test metrics and dashboards.

Technical Requirements:
All employees are required to have high-speed internet (over 10 Mbps) at home. Particularly for call center employees, being able to connect directly to the home internet router is essential. These requirements are subject to change with any scheduled reopening of our office locations.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, and the role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus component. Evolent is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, to qualifying employees. Compensation is determined based on the skills and experience required for the role.
